I bought a property a few years ago with Tara's help and she was amazing, so when I decided to purchase again, I only wanted to deal with Tara. I am an out of state buyer and she not only helped me arrange to sell my other property, but was just wonderful helping me find my new property. She worked tirelessly to find the right property within his budget and was there as an advocate for him every step of the way. She worked with the builder as well, even negotiating a lower home price as the economy turned. Tara was physically present as we picked out house options in the builder's studio, as well as for each inspection of the home. With her keen eye and industry knowledge, Tara noticed items in the home that needed correction and followed through in seeing that they were done to our satisfaction. She visited the build site on multiple occasions and emailed pictures of the progress, along with helpful notes. Moreover, Tara is an outstanding individual who genuinely cares about us, her clients. My 23 year old son just bought his first home and Tara was his realtor. She was so attentive and answered all of his questions within minutes, even when out of town! Mrs. Weiss has an amazing amount of strengths we were looking for in a real estate agent. The first thing that comes to mind is her commitment to clear communication and fast response. We realize that not everyone can respond immediately due to busy schedules, but Joy made us feel like we were her only client. She was quick to respond to us when we needed information and she made sure to clarify when there might be opportunities of confusion. We originally wanted to put our house on the market at a certain price but after Joy did her research, she felt like we could increase our asking price and boy was she right. We ended up getting $20,000 more than we had originally hoped for. She also became out real estate agent for purchasing a new home. We had purchased a new build home in February and was supposed to move in in June. Unfortunately, that builder was not forthright, and we ended up having to walk away from that home in August. We walked away thinking we were going to lose out down payment. Again, Joy to the rescue, she continued to work with us (in our angered state) and with the builder we left. Eventually, joy convinced the builder to return our down payment deposit back in full. Obviously, we continued having Joy as our real estate agent for the new house we eventually bought and now live in. Joy was active and engaged in the entire process. She was able to ask the questions that my wife and I did not even know to ask in a new build. Joy has proven to us that she is trust-worthy, dedicated to our best interest and bottom line, and is able to find creative ways to meet the needs we had as a family with moving parts. And, she did all of this in a year of COVID restrictions and working around my serious medical schedule. Joy is not only our real estate agent for life, but also, we consider her a dear friend. We knew we were looking for our forever home and needed someone capable of guiding us through the ins and outs of home buying. Specifically wanted a realtor that was willing to explain each phase and walk me through each step. Choosing Nate Oswalt as our realtor was one of the best decisions we ever made. Nate was a full-service realtor. When we needed to find a lender, he had multiple options. WE work hectic schedules, Nate scheduled weeknight and weekend showings. When we wanted to see a house last minute with no notice, Nate made a quick call and got us in. We were not dead set on a specific area and Nate showed us listings all around town. When we wanted to know about the construction in a lot near a house, Nate asked neighbors, firemen and the city planner to get the info we needed to make a sound decision. When we did find our house, Nate structured an offer that was not only under asking, but also got us cash back at closing that really helped us with the down payment. Our offer was accepted for $65K less than the original listing! We had enough cash left over we were able to replace all the carpets immediately. Nate scheduled the home inspection, who was also outstanding, and worked it out to have our families come view the house prior to closing. Anything we needed we got. When I told Nate that I’d never had a sprinkler system and worried about blowing it out for winter, Nate came over and showed me how to do it! What realtor does that? So, when my parents started looking for vacation property in the mountains, I recommended Nate. Nate snowshoed 2 hours one way to show them a property they were interested in. Then, after the showing, they hiked out another 2 hours. They are now under contract on that place and its because they had an agent willing to go all in for them. Nate goes way beyond any real estate agent out there. I still talk to Nate all the time, we have become good friends through this process. I honestly am so thankful to have found such a great person to guide me through the home buying experience
